I practice through a Trauma Informed and Strength-Based approach through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in including reality therapy, mindfulness practices and motivational interviewing as I empower others to recognize their inner strength and innate resilience.
I cultivate an open dialogue communication which welcomes others to share their experiences and goals without judgement. I collaborate with others to achieve goals through creative expressions custom to the individuals’ desires.
At this time, I'm only able to accept insurance for the state of Nebraska.
